Consumer Guarantees

Under the ACL, products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If a product you purchase from us has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If the failure is minor, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable time.

A major failure includes where the product:

  • Is unsafe;

  • Is significantly different from the description or sample shown;

  • Cannot be used for its normal purpose and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time.

Change of Mind

We do not offer change of mind refunds or returns. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
